[edit] Pernambuco

  • Code letter: A, E

Kertu3 has only 4 contributions in Wikipedia - 2 of them in 18 February, when he started his wikilife accusing others of sockpuppetry (strange for a newbie!, it seems he knows a lot about editing problems in Wikipedia!) and other 2 today when he vandalized Transnistria article [1], [2]. As today he appeared 2 minutes after Pernambuco did a similar edit I suspect Kertu3 is a sockpuppet of Pernambuco. In 18 February he also took Pernambuco's side in debates about Transnistria article.

Adition: He also used this sock to violate 3RR: 30 March 00:22, 30 March 00:24, 30 March 00:28, 30 March 00:50--MariusM 01:07, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

Clerk note: Please choose only one code letter. PTO 02:59, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
I chose E.--MariusM 08:01, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Pernambuco

  • Code letter: C, F (I am not totally sure about that, it is my first time doing this, hopefully, I got them:))

These guys act suspicious and emphsize on similar articles. I think they are sock puppets of each other.Sosomk 02:32, 1 November 2006 (UTC)

This was probably requested by Bonaparte to Soso via email. Khoikhoi 00:47, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
Khoi, please do not discriminate E Europeans. Not all of them are right-wing Nationalists. I don't edit articles on wiki right now and I just want to make sure E European articles will be safe from vandalism.
Let me say whay I think, Pernambuco comes very often to the page and really helps User:William Mauco, it is possible that MarkStreet is the sock of User:William Mauco, User:ConsultantJoe is 80% sure that is sock of Mauco, he supported the ICDISS article in talk page, and then he voted for deletion of the article as is was an annoying evidence after the Edward Lucas :::article published in "The Economist". And User:William Mauco is strongly related to ICDISS.
Mauco has an official colaboration with "Tiraspol Times" (Soviet propaganda internet tool - aiming to separate Transnistria from Moldova) and he recognized that he published a paper there. There are many similitudes from the text published by User:William Mauco in Wikipedia and the papers from Tiraspol Times even before the official collaboration. User:TSO1D observed this and has written to Mauco. See discussion at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:TSO1D#Tiraspol_times_and_Khozyain Similar discussion has been deleted but you can find here http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3AWilliam_Mauco&diff=78696165&oldid=78694908 (there are many diffs, see the whole section "Tiraspol Times and Khozain"; initial question of User:TSO1D is http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3AWilliam_Mauco&diff=78505636&oldid=78487697 ) Don't forget, User:William Mauco is probably a KGB paied user who manipulates data, and introduce highly POV into articles supporting separatist movements in regions like Transnistria, Abkhazia..http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:William_Mauco&diff=next&oldid=84989682
So, these similitudes from the one written by User:William Maucoand the one written at Tiraspol Times (even before the official colaboration of User:William Mauco with Tiraspol Times- colaboration has become official only after TSO1D has discovered the similitudes) together with the official statement of User:MarkStreet that he is the editor of the Tiraspol Times, and reciprocal support shown in the talk page of talk page:Transnistria (even if with some reciprocal critics sometimes -most probably to avoid being detected), may be considered a true basis for blocking the meatpuppetter (and sockpuppetter) User:William Mauco - User:MarkStreet (who was proven before as sockpuppeter, see his sock User:Henco)... It is possible that in redaction of Tiraspol Times to work more persons. Based on the ICDISS problem it may be asked a CheckUser also on User:William Mauco - User:ConsultantJoe, but it must be explained the problem of ICDISS article (article of Lucas from "The Economist", the mistake of Lucas from his blog when he said that User:William Mauco worked with Wikipedia before the apparition of ICDISS article, support of the User:ConsultantJoe for ICDISS and then suddently the change of opinion for deletion of the paper). I asked myself if admins from Wikipedia do have some time to analyse all this in detail. IP from User:William Mauco was from Venezuela, but User:William Mauco has written that he is from England (UK) and he was borned in India.
There are too many lies, too many socks involved User:William Mauco,[[User:Henco, User:MarkStreet
I suggest a blocking of the meat/sock puppeter. Sosomk 16:32, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
"C" refers to "ongoing, serious pattern vandalism", which none of the above users have committed, and "F" refers to "evasion of community-based bans or blocks". None of the above users have ever been blocked. Khoikhoi 19:28, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
Rejected. Dmcdevit·t 22:01, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
Well, nice to know that some users are allowed to create sock poppets on wiki. No wonder that wikipedia is not a democracy Sosomk 22:59, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
