Suspected socks of banned User:Roitr (see Wikipedia:Long term abuse/Roitr) based on similar editing patterns at locations such as Army ranks and insignia of the Russian Federation‎ and Image:Russia-navy-warrant officer.gif (which is also being edited by IPs operating from Roitr's known range). Result of checkuser, that I "Likely" to the ignored user, unless mean, that I am - he. In my opinion I don't think, that it is a sufficient occasion for my block and there is no 100 proof. And a similar ip range absolutely not confirm it too! User:Pasteriso 09:40, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
