Mackensen has already indicated here that the accounts are related. An unblock request at User_talk:Zivko85#Unblock_request indicates the three users know each other in real life, raising doubts among those discussing the situation. A checkuser request to see if this is a likely scenario may be helpful. To preclude any stupid accusations, I request a checkuser who hasn't participated in Elonka's RFA. I was involved in Elonka's RfA, but I was in agreement with these two, and I've worked with Orderinchaos for a long time. I've reviewed the CheckUser evidence in detail, and I'm afraid to say that I've come to the same conclusion as Mackensen did - that Orderinchaos and Zivko85 are indeed the same person. I find the connection between whoever is running those two accounts and DanielT5 somewhat more inconclusive, but if it is legitimate, I find the explanation of the other two a bit strange.
