User received a 24-hour block for 3RR violation based on this discussion at WP:ANI. User then apparently evaded the block by editing as 70.106.114.18 (talk · contribs) diff. Note that the edit is virtually the same as Omegalion's - diff. User has also previously apparently edited this article as 70.106.113.216 (talk · contribs) diff.
