Both Nondistinguished and 24.199.99.169 have some similar editing traits, notably aggressive editing of three AfD's that may have affected their outcome, and also removing material from completed or archived pages.

- removed vote and comment from another AfD (in progress)[3] claiming sockpuppetry, whose comments may influence other voters.

- seems to be a single purpose account to remove unpopular anon contributions.
