Two registered users and four IP's have been adding external link spam to the LAN gaming center article and reverting its removal. Several of these edits are that user's first and/or only edit(s). Most likely sockpuppets used to avoid 3RR violations.

Thank you for looking into this. -- Satori Son 01:22, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
- Comment - request is strongly supported. —Moondyne 01:33, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
- Comment - complete waste of time Moondyne is one of the users involved in the edit warring. BigTimeGamer 01:41, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
- Comment - I support moondynes actions, they are not warring, just upholding the apparent consensus that the links being added are innapropriate. -- Chrislk02 (Chris Kreider) 01:45, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

- Any guidance for us as to why this was declined? I'm not asking to complain, just to understand. Is there more information you need? Is there something wrong with the request? Is this a permanent decisions or are there certain actions by Mwarhead and company that would merit coming back here again? Thanks, --A. B. (talk) 18:21, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
- Ditto. Any guidance at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time. -- Satori Son 19:30, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

- How about cutting back on the request? I'm not going to investigate three dozen accounts on a single 3RR violation. --jpgordon∇∆∇∆ 03:02, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

- I have substantially cut back on the request per your suggestion. The original request was six accounts, now cut to four, and A. B. was only trying to be helpful in showing you how big this problem really is. I'm very sorry if it seemed we were taking your time and efforts for granted. May I please move this back to "Outstanding requests"? Thank you, Satori Son 04:04, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
- Confirmed that BigTimeGamer matches the two IPs. Mwarhead is not IP-related. Keep in mind that serial spammers can be blocked on sight (another reason I declined the request). --jpgordon∇∆∇∆ 15:47, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
