I think Mujeerkhan,Hassan,iFaqeer,Mysorebhai,Tipu Hero, shezaad786,indiandesi and Naziakhanum are all sock puppets of the same person, which i guess is Mujbeerakhan Vikramji 18:15, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

Perhaps I should expand.All of these "users" have been editing the article Tipu Sultan and the talk page of Talk:Tipu Sultan and have been reverting scholarly edits made by other users. A mediation for this article is pending on Wikipedia:AMA Requests for Assistance/Requests/September 2006/Hkelkar and there is a strong possibility that this user mujeerkhan is using multiple logins to sway the mediator's opinion by presenting a false consensus.Hkelkar 19:12, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

Update: The mediator for the case has expressed his opinion regarding this matter. He also suspects that some sockpuppetry is going on. See his diff in my talk page [1]. A few diffs, which I, as the advocate for the case, have been asked to find:

1. 1. A fairly hostile statement by Mujeerkhan - the sort of thing that could lead to blocking (IMO)
   2. "your breed"?? (by indiandesi
   3. this, Shezaad786's fifth edit, seems very developed and an experienced edit (despite his/her comments there)
   4. the users onvolved seem to have similar editting time periods (early morning UTC)

These are all the links I'm prepared to search for now - there are many, many edits on the Talk:Tipu Sultan page which are all in the same vein, and all by the accused, above. As Hkelkar has mentioned above, I feel that there is "something going on". In fact, this was my gut feeling frm when I first took the case - I'd like to know whether this feeling is correct or not, based on the evidence provided above, and, hopefully, a checkuser. Thanks for that - would you be able to run another on Naziakhanum (talk • contribs • logs • block user • block log • checkuser) and Goingindia (talk • contribs • logs • block user • block log • checkuser)? I agree that their edit patterns seemed dissimilar, and was surprised to find that they weren't listed here. Is it possible for a checkuser to be run with these two users and one of the confirmed, to find out mif they are socks (basically to make my mediation job simpler - I'd prefer to be able to safely balance the arguements in the light of who is a sock and who isn't, rather than, as at the moment, getting a distorted view of the situation. User:Mujeerkhan is blatantly using various sockpuppets to push POV on Talk:Tipu Sultan page. He is also troubling User:Hkelkar by issuing undue warnings through socks and himself.
