It's quite obvious that the two accounts listed are the same person (he admitted to it), and I'm fairly sure that the individual is from Chile, but I just want to see if there's anyway that we can keep this guy off of the project for more than a week. Results.
Confirmed that User:Kamen Rider (es) == User:Imagedonxidima.- Both use a large number of IPs in the range that the two IPs asked about are in.
I cannot give you a range to block that is, in my view, narrow enough to avoid collateral damage. I agree that talking to es CUs and admins would be a good idea. ++Lar: t/c 03:03, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
