It looks like this indef blocked user has created a sock puppet. I would like to 1) see whether the new account is a sock, because the behavioral evidence is suggestive but not sufficient to block, 2) identify any previous accounts (perhaps a banned user) because Josepha Marschke looks like a sock themselves, and 3) identify any other related accounts that may be used for block evasion.
