This user has attepmted to push a POV that the Republic of China has no motto and refuses to discuss. He has reverted/removed content the first 3 times as Jitcji (talk · contribs): [1] [2] [3] and the fourth time as 122.126.45.42 (talk · contribs): [4]. I believe that this user, Jitcji (talk · contribs), thinks that 3RR means that he has the right to revert 3 times and used this anon.
