Pursuant to wikipedia policy, this kind of request is supposed to be denied because no conclusive proof of sockpuppeting has been proven, the request has not been done as a last result, and this request is for fishing.
However, Jersyko has made an inappropriately big issue by complaining about sockpuppeting and even simulataneously running a check user on me, Dereks1x. He is mad because he does not like civil discussion about a very small part of the Senator Obama and Senator Edwards article (about Obama's early law career 15 years ago and Edwards' cancer). There is no dispute about the big campaign issues. Jersyko says that everyone who he disagrees with is a sockpuppet and everyone who agrees with him is independent.
The fact is that the other people he is complaining about have all written about totally different subjects except the others have made very minor and 1 or 2 political comments about Obama and Edwards, hardly collusion.
Inappropriate behavior like Jersyko should be punished or at least give him a warning and deny his request for check user on Dereks1x.Dereks1x 06:22, 26 March 2007 (UTC)
