User's first edit requests unprotection

IFD listing
From what I can tell, this user has not violated any policy, though their immediately familiarity with Wikipedia processes and protocols raises a serious red flag. Their first edit was a request for unprotection immediately following their new registration. Four days later this user was tagging articles with recentism and submitting images for deletion (with proper rationale rarely seen with new users). While they may be correct in some of their procedural edits, again, this familiarity as a new user seems dubious. Cumulus Clouds (talk) 08:57, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
- Declined - I fail to see the need for checkuser here and no disruption is evident - Checkuser is not for fishing - Alison ❤ 05:56, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
