I blocked Jaber for a repeated personal attacks [1] [2] during a content dispute with another editor over the article List of Lebanese people. After blocking, Jaber self-identified from IPs 213.223.200.81 and 82.123.154.25. A new user, Jixavius, has engaged the same editor in a similar content dispute, suggesting the possibility of sockpuppetry to evade a block. I'm requesting evidence linking Jixavius to Jaber or his IPs. Thanks. Rockpocket 07:08, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

Comment: I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that Jixavius has also self identified from IP 84.14.145.210. Rockpocket 07:12, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
Inconclusive. There's no interrelationship between the two sets of IPs (that is, Jix uses the one he said, Jab the one he said, and that's it.) You can look at the IPs and figure out the geographic coincidence. --jpgordon∇∆∇∆ 04:07, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
