User (Kjoonlee) is possibly being used to disrupt the removal of suspicious links and to avoid WP:3RR violations to page Loudness War (history). At present, this page continues to be heavily spammed by proxies and anon users. IP address [81.197.139.199] deleted PROD first possibly to avoid detection.
