I am posting this here because we have a person who is evading blocks using multiple IPs and sock accounts (autoblock has failed to stop him as yet). Addendum. Looking at the history of Wake Tech, his favorite target, the following vandals are ALSO likely this user. Some, but not all of these, are currently blocked:
