The IP and the user made similar legal threats in their edit summaries:

It's pretty obvious that they are the same user, however, I would like a CheckUser to determine if the accounts are related. Nwwaew (Talk Page) (Contribs) (E-mail me) 05:25, 28 June 2007 (UTC)

I believe this is pretty unnecessary given the circumstances. The IP and the account both have issued legal threats, have been blocked and are probably the same users. Discussion underway on WP:ANI and it appears that the text would remain out of the article unless substantiated and cited appropriately. — Nearly Headless Nick {C} 16:55, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
