Obviously the IP 66.108.180.176 has been used by EdwinCasadoBaez, a user previously blocked for using sockpuppets. I believe looking at the contributions (history of editing Dominican/Haitian related articles and edit warring) it is obvious Armyguy11 is the same person. Both have similar styles of broken English and poor grammar and capitalization. Plasynins (talk) 20:25, 10 December 2007 (UTC)
