User talk:Dr.Fix contains a comment from 85.100.9.76 suggesting it's the same person, and the revert messages also suggest that. The revert war concerns an external link that this editor wants included in the article, added originally by 85.100.152.104. All IP addresses belong to TurkTelekom (ttnet.net), and the article under contention is about a location in Turkey, further suggesting a relationship.

The Dr.Fix account may or may not have been created to avoid a 3RR ban; I can't say for sure. Failure to log in may also not be a deliberate attempt to avoid a 3RR block, it may just be absent-mindedness on the part of the editor. The reverts (so far) have not been frequent (no more than 2 per day), although the activity today looks like it may increase. If it gets to the point of a 3RR violation, it can't be reported without confirmation that these edits are from the same user. -Amatulić (talk) 21:46, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

Clerk note: I'm guessing you meant code E (as 3RR violation) and not F as block evasion? Note that this is not technically a 3RR evasion. I'm adding an other account doing the exact same thing to the request. -- lucasbfr talk 09:13, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
Yes, E is better. This is my first time submitting a checkuser request. I originally had this as an E, but changed it to F because the reverts didn't meet the 3RR frequency threshold. In my mind I had equated block "evasion" with block "avoidance", but those aren't the same things.
Update: After User:Archtransit left a mild 3RR warning and checkuser notice at User talk:Dr.Fix#WP:RFCU, the editor Reviewer29 appeared with no prior edit history, and performed another revert - still under the 3RR threshold, but may be indicative of block avoidance (not evasion). -Amatulić (talk) 14:28, 15 February 2008 (UTC)

Great..Now i am sure there is a war going on about this Marmaris subject...About all the ip adresses being from TurkTelekom:There is only one main adsl service provider in Turkey and when you are in Turkey you have to use it..The thing you say is something like Somebody killed someone with a gun.And you have the same gun(same model not the same serial)..My god you are guilty!!.Case dismissed..My first excitement for starting an editing career in wiki started to fade away. Thanks to you guys war about this marmaris subject... --Reviewer29 (talk) 01:26, 16 February 2008 (UTC)
