• This user is adding accounts on what it seems to be a weekly basis now. The latest one is User:Wikilove123, and is not banned yet. (He put a "sockpuppet block" notice on his user page as a joke, he's not actually blocked AFAIK) Wikidan829 20:30, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

I just read your part about "no evidence". While this may not be sufficient, it may be helpful: Wikipedia:Suspected_sock_puppets/Dom56!. The user has a characteristic about them that allows anyone who has dealt with them in the past to be able to immediately identify them. Of course it is hearsay, but a quick look at the contributions of any of these accounts will make it quite clear. Wikidan829 03:27, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
