Having had a look at the SSP case, I'd say the evidence is fairly convincing and warrants a checkuser. If confirmed this is unethical sockpuppetry, since these accounts have consistently backed each other up on talkpages. Moreschi (talk) 15:36, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
- Inconclusive on the technical level. The ISPs and geographic locations would support segregated work/home or school/home editing, but if so, there have been no slip-ups over the time frame covered by the current CU database. Thatcher 21:42, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
- Close geographic locations? Moreschi (talk) 21:58, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
- IP geolocation is tricky, of course, and different IPs give slightly different locations and distances, but I'd call it a reasonable commuting distance. Thatcher 22:11, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
- I'd second that. Voice-of-All 02:43, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
