Vandalism on article pages, site promotion and illegal deletion of evidence.

The suspicious IP address, engaged in spam activities as seen on its contributions (See evidence: [1]). One edit clearly establishes the single purpose of this user (See evidence: [2] and supporting evidence [3]. The user engaged in multiple attempts at spam and vandalism [4] [5] [6] [7] [8]).
