User:Deleti has repetitively uploaded copyvios for which he has been blocked indefinitely.
A "new" obvious sockpuppet account is continuing to upload the same copyvios.
The fact that the user can edit right after an indef block implies either dynamic ip or open proxy usage. I feel both accounts are mere sockpuppets and I request this checkuser to identify the actual puppetmaster.

- Confirmed, of course, but no other useful information found. These are dynamic IPs. --jpgordon∇∆∇∆ 00:18, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
- Clearly the same, but no proxies, just an ISP that assigns various IPs in several large CIDRs.Voice-of-All 00:29, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
- Would it be a privacy violation to release the name of the ISP? Several other cases comes to my mind in no particular order: Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/71.222.81.30, Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Diyako, Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/Artaxiad, Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/Diyarbakir etc...etc... Is there a checkuser match with any user who edits similar Kurdish-related topics? Also I just noticed Special:Contributions/88.233.199.153 here just few hours before Delefi making similar edits. -- Cat chi? 06:18, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
