Realist2 came onto WP:ANI, saying that DaveyJones1968 was being uncivil on Talk:Michael Jackson.

Georgewilliamherbert "left a request for the user to civilly discuse issues of articles."

Will Beback then spoke up, saying that last year, the user had used AOL IPs User:195.93.21.74 and user:195.93.21.69 and was dubbed the "John Wayne vandal", and had been blocked several times. I didn't include the IPs up there because their edits are stale.

Isotope23 then said "I think there's a good chance he also goes by Chunda18 (talk · contribs), as the topics and approach to submissions is identical, and Chunda18 stopped "contributing" at almost the same time that DaveyJones1968 (talk · contribs) started. It's always similar: certain major stars (primarily John Wayne and Jimmy Stewart) are right-wing Republicans and therefore any positive thing about them should be removed or so qualified as to eliminate the positive aspect, or they are homosexuals and should be exposed to the world. This morning someone on his talk space politely suggested some help for him if he needed it on the matter of proper citing. DaveyJones1968 replied "Fuck you." Doesn't seem resolved to me."

DaveyJones1968 (talk · contribs) was blocked, and started using the sockpuppet InLikeErrol (talk · contribs) to put in the same POV material that had been removed several times. The sockpuppet was blocked, and then a day later, he came back and inserted the same material with the sockpuppet BreckColeman (talk · contribs). And then yesterday, LinkJones (talk · contribs) made an appearance as the newest sockpuppet.

If you look at each of the users contributions above, you can see that each user has made similar contributions with similar POV material being inserted. If a CheckUser can determine the underlying IP address(es) that created these accounts, maybe the flow of sockpuppets can be shut down.
