Editors make edits at similar times and frequently are at the same article such as [1] [2] around may 9, [3] [4] around may 3, and recently on [5].
They both voted keep on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Soviet occupation denialism.
Recently Digwuren editwarred with another editor on Jüri Uluots until both editors were blocked [6]. Then while Digwuren was blocked, DLX changed the article back thereby violating both 3RR and block evasion if the two are related.
Digurwen was created shortly after DLX was blocked on April 30.
