The common theme among these editors' edits is that am "payed" by the government of Kazakhstan. Cs and 74.116.92.202 have both been warned for vandalism and about sockpuppetry in the past, so if he is sockpuppeteering then he should at least have his socks banned. Policies violated are Wikipedia:Vandalism, WP:STALK, and WP:NPA. KazakhPol 03:16, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
- Cs edits
- Cs posts an incoherent rant about my "political agenda."[1] Another incoherent rant: "A introduction to central asia 101 course might be change your views. That might require patience and hard work, but I am sure it will change your opinion on the subject. Indiana University offers several of them, I suggest you consider."[2] Rhetorically asks if the Kazakh and Uzbek government's determine Wikipedia's content in response to my edits.[3] He says I have a "brilliantly cheap political agenda."[4] Apparently my "political agenda is obvious."[5] Rhetorically asks, in response to my edits, whether a government is controlling Wikipedia.[6]
74 edits
- Yesterday 74.116.92.202 accuses me of working for the Government of Kazakhstan.(1)(2)(3) More accusations of the government paying me as he vandalizes my userpage(1)(2)3 In addition to personal attacks.[7]
TheColdTruth edits
- TheColdTruth started editing today. He creates his userpage with an exact replica of my userpage with a slight change in one of the links.[8] He removes another user's warning from User talk:74.116.92.202[9]. He repeats 74's personal attack, calling me "KazakhPolice."[10] He then edits most of the same pages 74 had just edited. See TheColdTruth (talk • contribs • logs).

- Unrelated for Cs. Unnecessary for TheColdTruth and the IP. --jpgordon∇∆∇∆ 05:43, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
- Unnecessary? This is the second time you've rejected a checkuser on Cs's edits without actually explaining your reasoning. This gets tiresome. KazakhPol 05:53, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
- We also have Cs's invitation to TheColdTruth to come and get involved in a dispute on Terrorism in Kazakhstan[11] involving me and Cs. Notice "I've checked your edit history by coincidence!" I do not believe it. KazakhPol 05:56, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
- It's obvious that TheColdTruth and the IP are related; there's no need for a checkuser to demonstrate that when they're making the exact same edits. There's no IP relationship between Cs and TheColdTruth or the IP. There is no geographic relationship; the IPs are on different hemispheres. --jpgordon∇∆∇∆ 06:35, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
- What are you basing that (different hemispheres) on? KazakhPol 06:38, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

Cs, a user that has engaged in a wide variety of policy violations detailed at Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Cs, has a habit of stalking me onto pages in which I am in a dispute and then reverting my edit. He also has a habit of using deceptive summaries. Both of these elements are present in this edit to Huseyincan Celil[12]. The suspected sockpuppet, "Tutmoses8," has made eight edits so far. The only edit to an actual Wikipedia page was reverting me with the edit summary "Discuss first please." This summary is amusing considering that I have posted extensively on the talkpage about the edit. I contacted Tutmoses8 on his talkpage twice asking him to explain his reversion, but have received no reply - most likely because this was a one-time attempt at harassing me.
