- Supporting evidence: Concerned cynic is blocked indefinitely for suspected sock-puppeteering. Meanwhile, 132.181.160.42, one of his suspected alternate accounts, continues to edit despite the block. Also, two more of his suspected socks, Rabidly Placid and 210.54.245.44, were both blocked for edit warring. Their edit war seems to have been taken up by 83.138.145.18 which may be a proxy.
My concern is that Concerned cynic is using IP edits to evade the blocks.--Pleasantville 23:15, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
- I can confirm that 83.138.145.18 is an open proxy (port 80, very slow). I've blocked it as such. The other 2 don't appear to be. Mr.Z-man 16:00, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
- Update: once unblocked today, 210.54.245.44 resumed the edit war over The X-Files which he formerly pursued along with Rabidly Placid and 83.138.145.18, and which was the cause of his previous block. --Pleasantville 23:05, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
