- Code letter: B (ArbCom case)
User:Samuel Luo and User:Tomananda live in the same physical address. Both are prominent anti-Falun Gong activists, and both have been banned indefinitely by the ArbCom. Samuel Luo has been using several sockpuppets to evade this ban, see [1]. This time, I believe it is Tomananda instead, even though he might be accessing the Internet from another IP address. However, there are a few characteristics in his writing style that are hardly coincidental: first of all, this new editor starts pushing Tomananda-style arguments on Talk:Falun Gong immediately after registering. Secondly, he has a tendency to write three dots without a space on either side as a substitute for a punctuation mark, which is very typical of Tomananda. Thirdly, in [2] he misspells the Chinese name "Sujiatun" as "Sujian", like Tomananda's done several times before (none of the other editors have), see [3] and [4]. ✔ Olaf Stephanos ✍ 20:46, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
