*DannyBurgz (talk · contribs) (not blocked) Actually, given this edit, this account was probably created to malign Burgz33, as it points to the same myspace page.
- User:Burgz33 has been blocked for 6 months per repeated attacks on other editors and use of sockpuppets. The user claims to have "100" accounts, and is using them to evade the ban. OhNoitsJamie Talk 01:37, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
- Clerk note: I did a WHOIS on the first IP for each each new first octet (meaning, only did the first one for 68.x.x.x, 69.x.x.x and so on). There's a broad range there, all out of St. Louis. Chances are there's going to be tons of accounts from that area given the range of IP's (and the population of the general area). Kwsn(Ni!) 19:36, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, I'd noticed that. It may be necessary to file an abuse report with the ISP if CheckUser results are limiting. OhNoitsJamie Talk 19:44, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
- Note: Not exactly sure what this request is asking for. --Deskana (talk) 01:24, 29 September 2007 (UTC)
- I was hoping that maybe a checkuser on the IPs and named accounts might flush out a few more of the "hundreds of accounts" the user claims to have. OhNoitsJamie Talk 01:33, 29 September 2007 (UTC)
- Declined. I'm not blocking all new accounts I see on those IPs on the hopes that it's Burgz. --Deskana (talk) 10:33, 29 September 2007 (UTC)
- I wasn't suggesting that all new accounts on those IPs be blocked, just ones that fit Burgz edit patterns. How about at least checking the named accounts to see if they were registered from the same IP? OhNoitsJamie Talk 15:40, 29 September 2007 (UTC)

Sweetie, that's fishing, which is in violation of the CU policy. M.(er) 04:43, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

- I'm well aware of the fishing policy; I don't believe that this request qualifies as such. OhNoitsJamie Talk 15:12, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
