By being involved in LooneyGeoffrey's first block, and watching his editing patterns and comments, I suspect that his and Bogbuster's are operated by the same person.Here, Bogbuster can be seen removing warnings from User:LooneyGeoffrey's page, despite having any previous contact with him, as proved here. Here, LooneyGeoffrey can be seen removing warnings from Bogbuster's page, here. Both seem to hold a grudge against User:Nihiltres, as portrayed here, in the edit summary here, and through vandalism here. A copy of Bogbuster's blocking history can be found here. Also, LooneyGeoffrey can be found calling Bogbuster his "friend" [1]. Through comments here and anti-Atheist rants here and here, it is clear that 68.9.66.162 is operated by LooneyGeoffrey. Also, here, he seems to be concerned about Bogbuster being blocked, or banned, as he called it, on his user page by using the <!-- -->, that got him in trouble the first time for making anti-Atheist comments. I believe this warrants a check to confirm the operators of the account, as to determine if Bogbuster is using sockpuppets abusively, and evading his block to disrupt Wikipedia and break policy.
