This is an issue concerning an influx of what could be between 10 and several hundred non-notable biographical articles because of a single college professor's assignment. I had blocked BluECliQ earlier tonight, and he sent me an e-mail, of which the relevant excerpt is from
“ | Hello, I appologize for the recreation of the article I was attempting to write on Charles Keane. A college professor of mine gave us an assignment to interview a fellow classmate and create a detailed Wikipedia page with their information and background.… I'd appreciate it if you could unblock my IP Address and allow me to create this page as I need it for a grade. | ” |
I have replied, and requested that he contact his professor (if one really exists), and I am requesting this case to see what other accounts are out there, and what non-notable biographies were created.—Ryūlóng (竜龍) 08:53, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
