Violation of 3RR using a rotation of IP addresses, need confirmation it is the same person. nattang 20:13, 31 August 2007 (UTC)

RDNS and whois show they're both from the same area and ISP in addition to them both being in a /16 network, nothing else to comment (This is info from just looking at the IPs in question, I'm not closing the case here, a CU should decide what action to take).
