An anon out of nowhere engaged in personal attacks. Anon has continued to engage in personal attacks despite being warned about it. In both cases user signed as "71.222.81.30".
With very few edits (check contribs of both anons for a handful of edits) the user doesn't feel "new". With altering anon edits from a dynamic looking IP, I feel this may be an existing user who logs off to trick the system. User has awfully lot of professional edits; that particular one was his/her 3rd edit.
A number of banned or formerly banned users that may show interest on the topic. Below are a mere possible candidates. There are other users banned for disruption not listed below.
- Xebat (talk • contribs • logs • block user • block log • checkuser) (also known as User:Diyako)
- Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Aucaman
- Had 1 year ban by arbcom which recently expired on 14:01, 7 May 2007
- Artaxiad (talk • contribs • logs • block user • block log • checkuser) (has far too many aliases to list here see the checkuser case)
- Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Armenia-Azerbaijan
- Indef blocked (by community for sockpuppetry), had 1 year ban by arbcom prior
- Diyarbakir (talk • contribs • logs • block user • block log • checkuser) (also known as User:Davenbelle, User:Moby Dick see the checkuser case)
- Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Moby Dick
- Indef blocked (by community for sockpuppetry and harrassment), had 1 year ban by arbcom prior
I'd like to determine if this is an existing user editing wikipedia.

- True I suppose, any one listed on Wikipedia:WikiProject Kurdistan/Participants can be a suspect since the personal attacks are happening on the wikiprojects main talk page. -- Cat chi? 13:39, 17 June 2007 (UTC)

Unrelated. Xebat stale, others unrelated. Voice-of-All 17:10, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
White Cat wrote to me privately to ask me to check into three IPs:
- 71.222.81.30
- 71.222.103.144
- 71.222.66.184
He said he believed, based on editing patterns, that these IPs were related and that they belonged to a regular. I checked, and confirmed to him that those IPs belonged to a regular user who was editing while logged out, but refused to disclose who that user was based on his suspicion alone. (E.g, I wouldn't tell him unless they were enganged in actual wrongdoing). White Cat then sent me multiple diffs of that anon engaging in some pretty nasty personal attacks [1], [2], [3] Checkuser shows that the IPs in question trace back to User:D.Kurdistani.
