I don't feel this warrants a block, but definately a warning. I suspect that these two are the same person because they only care about the same issue(s), they both do not sign their names, and if they do it is done the same way, and both have had to be reverted because of non-conformity and refusal to learn how to edit in the wikipedia community. --Maniwar (talk) 20:34, 28 April 2007 (UTC)

I asked the question of where to report when I suspect two IP's to be the same person (here) and the answer I was given (here) was to place it at Checkuser. If this is not the correct place I apologize and ask that you point me in the right direction. Thanks! --Maniwar (talk) 23:22, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
