User:PANONIAN shows similar behavior as blocked IP 195.252.126.225 user including disruptive revert warring, personal insults and nationalist POV pushing. --Koppany 15:58, 1 September 2007 (UTC)

Comment: I did an RBL check on the IP, four sites came up blacklisted, with the comments for the last site troubling me: "Illegal 3rd party exploits, including proxies, worms and trojan exploits". Could the closing CU check the IP for being an open proxy (I'm not going to send it down to IP check though). Kwsn(Ni!) 13:11, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
