I believe this IP is an open proxy used to post uncivil remarks posted [1] and [2] and consistent reverts to keep the personal attacks on the page. User claims that he\she is "sick of all this hypocrisy, talking to Croatian nationalists, Russian nationalists, Serbian nationalists, Greek nationalists, my own freaking Bulgarian nationalists, and always assuming what obviously can't be assumed" [3].

With so few edits under this IP [4], I can only assume user also edits under other usernames or is using open proxy in this case. Rayis 18:23, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
