User FabulousRain created page Chinese singers at 08.21 on 2 Jan 2007. Anon user 165.228.131.12 started adding links to it at 08.27 (Teresa Teng).

In between those actions, user FabulousRain inserted </references> on Teresa Teng at 08.22, then 165.228.131.12 corrected this to <references/> at 08.24. [1]

The above constitute strong evidence that 165.228.131.12 is the same editor as FabulousRain.

165.228.131.12 was blocked for 24 hours, for the sixth time in a year, at 19:37. See user talk and block log.

FabulousRain removed {{sprotect-banneduser}} from Cultural Revolution at 22:36. [2]. Fayenatic london 09:29, 4 January 2007 (UTC)

Clerk note: Code letter F requires the user to be evading a block or ban, and neither has happened to FabulousRain. Therefore, please explain in what way this was a possible policy violation using an appropriate code letter. Prodego talk 00:29, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
Reply: The editor does most editing as 165.228.131.12, and while this was blocked for the sixth time s/he used the new sockpuppet FabulousRain to evade the block. Apologies if I should have listed this case under 165.228.131.12 rather than FabulousRain. Fayenatic london 11:17, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
