[edit] Statement by Lukas19

Besides his past disruptive behaviour, ranging from vandalism to block evasion, User:LSLM has been making persistant personal attacks against me as well as harrassing me by creating sections that target me, in talk pages. I had created an RfC for this in 20 February 2007 [1] and the last comment to this was 1 March 2007 [2]. Since then he has made new such attack sections and more personal attacks. [3], [4], [5] (Note: Besides the fact he ended his post with "Veritas", 72.144.177.77 has the same location with LSLM [6] [7]), [8] and more...

Also, despite the fact that he claims that he forgets to sign on (and this is very often), he may be continueing to abusing this. As explained before, he has evaded blocks before: [9] [10] And after the RfC has been filed: [11] "Reverting Lukas POV pushing against LSM, Carwill and Behnam" This is clearly the IP of LSLM, but initially he said POV pushing against LSL(M). Unless he refers to himself in third person, it looks like he is trying to make it look like that there is actually more support for his unexplained reverts.

This guy seems to like this a lot. Here you have this that he also opened against me:

Read it yourselves. I have no further comment, but this guy's bullying should be stopped. Veritas et Severitas 00:20, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Statement by Stevertigo

Per Lukas' request: As the mediator for an ongoing dispute at white people, Ive had some dealings with Lukas. He is young and somewhat unfamiliar with certain concepts of community, but in a short time he has made marked improvements to his powers of articulation and willingness to be more forthcoming with his views. Nevertheless his arguments can be somewhat incoherent (or else incomprehensible), needlessly argumentative, fixated on particular aspects and subjects, and tenacious about asserting his own particular aji, rather than finding compromises - which often don't appear to satisfy him. I hesitate to call him a pov-pusher, but don't hesitate at all to state that his intellect and energies would be more usefully applied to other areas, such that I would hope other subjects might catch his interest and take him in new directions.

I am unfamiliar with LSLM except to say that from what little Ive read here, his mode of behavior deserves some review. -Stevertigo 00:09, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

All numbering based on /Proposed decision (vote counts and comments are there as well)

[edit] Principles

[edit] Wikipedia is not a battleground

1) Wikipedia is a reference work. Use of the site for political struggle accompanied by harassment of opponents is extremely disruptive.

[edit] Wikipedia is not a soapbox

2) The use of Wikipedia for political propaganda is prohibited.

Passed 7 to 0, 13:47, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

3) Wikipedia users are expected to behave reasonably and calmly in their dealings with other users. Insulting and intimidating other users harms the community by creating a hostile environment. Personal attacks are not acceptable.
