- Questions for the candidate
Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia as an administrator. You may wish to answer a few optional questions to provide guidance for participants:
- 1. What admin work do you intend to take part in?
- A: i think i will help improve some music-involved pages, especially the genre mix-ups. it is important to know what genre is what, and i have enough knowledge about it to try and help straighten things out. i will also help clean up vandalism in important articles.
- 2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?
- A: i will admit, i dont have much to offer in that category, but at least im not a vandal.
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A: no...i cant say that anyone has caused me stress or anything like that. but in the future, i dont think i would block someone for saying i was wrong or anything drastic like that.

- While i agree this user is not a vandal, the user clearly has too little experience on Wikipedia. DES (talk)
- Oppose, but don't let this get you down: Good faith, definitely, but there are many things you can do without sysop powers and should aim to do before going into the depths of administrative work. I suggest you start editing Wikipedia and getting the hand of how things work around here - and when then when you feel ready to apply again, then feel free to do so. Consequently, I politely suggest you withdraw. x42bn6 Talk 23:25, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
- Oppose Lack of experience. Edit Wikipedia for a few more months, answer the questions better and I'll be happy to support. Cheers. --KzTalk• Contribs 01:12, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
- Oppose: User needs more experience for my support. While I see your point in saying adminship is not a big deal I feel that you need more edits to prove yourself to the project and show you deserve the tools. Not a matter of trust but rather a matter of doing your part. Orfen User Talk | Contribs 01:43, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
- Strong Oppose he's not a vandal? [1] [2] [3] [4]. 4 of his 5 edits to article have been vandalism. He has fewer than 100 edits in total. I certainly do not trust him with the tools. Gwernol 01:44, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
- Oppose You are too experienced for me to support you, but there is plenty you can do to help Wikipedia without being an admin. Reverting vandalism and improving articles all can be done without the tools. You might become an admin if you get more experience and try later. Good luck with that and don't be discouraged! - This user is too experienced for you to support? Gutworth 02:07, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
- Oppose Past vandalism, lack of experiance, never made more than 20 edits in a month. Monty845 02:01, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
- Oppose - Not nearly enough experience--$UIT 02:02, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
- Strong Oppose You do not have enough experience and those diffs from Gwernol show we can't take you at your words. Gutworth 02:07, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
- Oppose - suggest withdrawal. Real96 02:29, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
