Olaf Stephanos (talk · contribs) 12:21, 18 May 2006 (UTC) I nominate Olaf Stephanos for adminship who I believe will be an asset to the wiki admin community. He has been contributing to various articles many of them related to Human Rights from April 2005. I think Olaf has really good admin skills. I see that this user's contributions have consistantly been of a high quality. He has a reputation for maintaining a cool head and considering others viewpoint even in the most heated debate. 1. What sysop chores, if any, would you anticipate helping with? Please check out Category:Wikipedia backlog, and read the page about administrators and the administrators' reading list.
A: I have not expressed a wish to become an administrator at this point - I wish Dilip would have discussed the matter with me before making a nomination. I'm sure he had good intentions, though, and I thank him for the confidence.
2. Of your articles or contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
A: Falun Gong, and the discussions on the talk page.
3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
A: The article I mention above is a hot topic. I try to stay cool.
