Leolisa1997 (talk · contribs) - A young user, who is passionate about Wikipedia and wishes to be an administrator. Leolisa1997 (talk) 08:14, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
Candidate, please indicate acceptance of the nomination here: I accept the nomination. I withdraw my nomination.
[edit] Questions for the candidate
Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia as an administrator. It is recommended that you answer these optional questions to provide guidance for participants:
- 1. What admin work do you intend to take part in?
- A: I intend to take part in whatever work that is needed from administrators
- 2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?
- A: My best contribution, in my views, in mainly in Wikiproject:Hong Kong. I have been in there ever since I accidently stumbled across it when looking at former KCR train station pages of Hong Kong and adding more information. I, apparently, have contributed in the talks and helped a lot of users.
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A: I have not been in any conflicts with other users so far, and the only conflicts that happened to me were when I accidently made and edit conflict with myself, so it was resolved immediantly. I believe I would deal with future user conflicts in a calm and resolveable way.

[edit] Discussion
- You have less than 200 edits. There is simply nothing on which to judge whether you would misuse the tools. You simply don't have enough experience yet. I suggest having about 3000 edits when you apply, and about four months of experience. That way, we can see if you've demonstrated that you will use admin tools well. I suggest withdrawing this, as any request under 1000 edits simply doesn't pass. Sorry. Maxim(talk) 13:16, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Oppose
- Unfortunately, with only 117 edits you are far too inexperienced with Wikipedia to be an administrator. Daniel (talk) 13:15, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- Oppose per Daniel. Also, your answer to Q1 tells me you don't know what admins do. weburiedoursecretsinthegarden 13:17, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks for offering to help with admin tasks, but more experience is needed I'm afraid. Epbr123 (talk) 13:18, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- Oppose regretfully as you don't have enough experience yet. However, I really hope you stay, as we need more people writing about HK/Macau — our coverage of them is currently very patchy. — iridescent 13:18, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- Oppose Candidate has been an editor less than one year and has only 117 edits of which only 40 are to articles. Not nearly enough experience to be an administrator yet. Collectonian (talk) 13:33, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
