- Candidate, please indicate acceptance of the nomination here: yep

- Oppose
- Strongest possible oppose Very low editcount, malformed RfA, questions not answered fully.--digital_me(TalkˑContribs) 18:14, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- Not nearly enough experience. --Cyde↔Weys 18:15, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- Oppose: Malformed RfA, doesn't use preview (took two attempts at putting this RfA on the main RfA page). His answers show he doesn't seem to have any grasp of policy, and his actual nom 'statement' has no real meaning behind it. Needs more experience. — FireFox 18:16, 16 June '06
- Oppose. User has less than 250 edits. --Aude (talk | contribs) 18:16, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- Jake, I would suggest you keep making good edits here and come back when you have more edits (on the order of 1000s) under your belt. This request is unlikely to be successful and I suggest you withdraw it. moink 18:20, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- Oppose A one line nom isn't enough to convince me you'd be a good admin. Answer the questions in a little more detail and I might consider. --Tango 18:22, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- Oppose Try again in a few months. Mr. Lefty Talk to me! 18:27, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- Oppose - Keep contributing and learning how Wikipedia works. Afonso Silva 18:27, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- Oppose too new, try again another time. :-) --Andeh 18:46, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- Oppose. Despite my assumption the nomination was made with the best of intentions, I find it difficult to believe that this is being taken all that seriously by the nominee. While adminship is no big deal, it should at least be treated like it's somewhat of a little deal. Agent 86 19:13, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- Oppose It takes only a few minutes to research what being a sysop actually entails and means. To say that this isn't a joke nomination I find hard to believe. Has this person contibuted to AfD, ever reported anyone on AIV, do they know how to use test and vandal warning templates, do they understand all of Wikipedia's policies and guidelines? --Wisden17 20:28, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- Oppose Not enough edits to be considered, more edits and experience will make for a better candidate in a few months time. Alexj2002 20:58, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- Strong Oppose. More experience needed. G.He 21:28, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- Neutral
- The usual neutral vote to remind everyone to be careful of piling on - Jake, please do keep on contributing, and come back in a few months/edits. (ESkog)(Talk) 18:39, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- Comments
- Jake, it's probably a very good idea to withdraw this nomination, as it's unlikely to succeed. Just ask if you need help with that. --Xyrael T 21:05, 16 June 2006 (UTC)

- Questions for the candidate
Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia in this capacity. Please take the time to answer a few generic questions to provide guidance for voters:
- 1. What sysop chores, if any, would you anticipate helping with? Please check out Category:Wikipedia backlog, and read the page about administrators and the administrators' reading list.
- A: Whatever people need of me really.
- 2. Of your articles or contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- A: I have helped with KSnapshot...
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A: Nope, everyone likes me here:)
