Questions for the candidate

Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia in this capacity. Please take the time to answer a few generic questions to provide guidance for participants:

1. What sysop chores do you anticipate helping with? Please check out Category:Administrative backlog, and read the page about administrators and the administrators' reading list.
A: I expect to protect pages for those that request it, I would also like to participate in guiding users who are having trouble around the site. i also could use some of these abilities to unblock other users whom i have positively determined to be worthy of unblocking (only after some further consensus)
2. Of your articles or contributions to Wikipedia, are there any with which you are particularly pleased, and why?
A: i like my scooping article, it makes me smile
3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
A: i have dealt with it in many ways. i guess i should take this opportunity to make ammends where they are needed. i no longer want to use slander to get my point accross, as that is immature.

  1. Oppose 39 edits, weak answers, faulty RfA, 2 months experience only, etc. Way too early to be trusted with the tools. Suggest immediate withdrawal or WP:SNOW is what will happen here. - Anas talk? 16:59, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
  2. Oppose To become an admin, you should really have at least 2,000 edits, and also experience across a wide range of wikipedia activities, which you haven't got. You may also wish to change your username, as it mentions an illness which is against policy Ryanpostlethwaite contribs/talk 17:04, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

Oppose Suggest immediate withdrawal, 39 edits over approximately a 45 day period, this is way too inactive for sysops, I;d suggest getting another 5 months, experience, getting your edit count up to at least 3000 and doing some work at WP:XFD and you'll peas but for the minute I'd withdraw per WP:SNOW.
