Questions for the candidate
A few generic questions to provide guidance for voters:
- 1. What sysop chores, if any, would you anticipate helping with? Please check out Category:Wikipedia backlog, and read the page about administrators and the administrators' reading list.
- A. I anticipate more work on upgrading certain pages to ensure it follows the high standard of other pages that are found on Wikipedia. I also anticipate a bigger role in catching vandals, whose troubles they cause is becoming a major problem as Wikipedia becomes a major website.
- 2. Of your articles or contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- A. I am pleased with my contributions about the Governors of Arizona and Hong Kong, in addition to pages about television idents. I have spent many hours researching on the topics and subjects, and reorganized the page accordingly to make it adhere to a higher standard. It has brought me joy to ensure that the pages are now more informative and more organized.
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A. I have been in a couple of editing conflicts in the past. I was relative new then and I was relatively inexperienced to handle it. The conflict eventually faded into obliviom. The times that I have spent on Wikipedia have equipped me with the experience needed to avoid and (if necessary) resolve editing conflicts with conversations and dialogues. Dialogues are the solution to all problems and I will follow this closely.
