[edit] School IP
Use of the sharedIP template does not seem apropriate, so can we have a schoolIP template. I have seen this on simple english, but it is not on this Wiki —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kamahl (talk • contribs)
- Template:SharedIPEDU seems like it would be what you want... -Amarkov babble 01:28, 19 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] ActiveDiscuss and Controversial templates
I would like to see 2 templates created for placement at the top of an article that would be similar to the existing templates ActiveDiscuss and Controversial (currently only for talk page). They might be called ActiveDiscuss2 and Controversial2. This is the current ActiveDiscuss template:
This article or section is currently being developed or reviewed. Some statements may be disputed, incorrect, unverified, biased or otherwise objectionable. Please read the discussion on the talk page before making substantial changes. |
This is the change or addition that I would like to see:
This article or section is currently being developed or reviewed. Some statements may be disputed, incorrect, biased or otherwise objectionable. |
Please read talk page discussion and discuss before making substantial changes. |
Note that and discuss was added.
In addition please modify the Controversial template so that it is suitable for placement at the top of an article. The current Controversial template reads:
Please ignore the misplaced warning as I am putting the template here as an example.
I believe these two additional templates would reduce edit wars as people would need to discuss substantial changes before making them.

- I don't think they're useful. If someone wants to discuss, existing templates direct them to the talk page. If they just want to make their change, the template can't stop them. --Dgies 05:42, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Flag Template
Please may I have a template for the country of CONGO —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.100.59.73 (talk • contribs)
- You're going to have to be clearer about what it is you want. -Amarkov babble 14:30, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
Depending on which country you're referring to, there are two "Congo" flag templates:
- {{CGO}} → Republic of the Congo
- {{COD}} → Democratic Republic of the Congo
Unless you mean something other than the flag/country name template. Mike Dillon 06:07, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
