[edit] astrology template

please replace the link 'Persian-Arabic astrology', which links to an article with a particular islamic view of astrology, with 'Arab and Persian astrology' which links to an article of that name which deals with the history. Please also remove the link 'Celtic astrology' which leads to an insigificant article and replace it with a link 'Mayan astrology' which would link to the article 'Mayan calender', which is an important part of the history of astrology —Preceding unsigned comment added by Neelmack (talkcontribs)

[edit] Non-profit organization infobox

I would like a non-profit organization infobox. Right now, articles like World Wide Fund for Nature use {{Infobox Company}}, but that is not sufficient enough. It's a kind of weird to speak of Industry and Products when we're actually talking about the environment. User:MamaGeek already proposed a Nonprofit charitable organisatons box and I think that one could be tweaked to work for all non-profit organizations. Thanks in advance. ThijsN 15:04, 25 January 2007 (UTC)

A reasonable idea but you need to be more specific. What exactly will be changed from {{Infobox Company}}? Most of it's fields are optional so if they don't apply you can just ignore them. You need "Charitable focus" and "Volunteers" added; anything else? —Dgiest c 15:54, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
Sorry, you must be running mad because of all these non-specific requests. The things I did not mention yesterday: "Focus" (or "charitable focus", I don't know which one fits better), "Volunteers" and a synonym for "Industry". There are no other parameters I can imagine - for this moment. But the name {{Infobox Company}} is still strange for non-profit organizations.. Thank you. ThijsN 05:38, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
Correction: 'Focus' is a synonym for 'Industry'. New parameters should be: focus, volunteers and a synonym for products. ThijsN 13:52, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
Y Done See {{Infobox Non-profit}} Its basically the same as the company one but with a few fields renamed and some deleted. Mr.Z-mantalk 00:24, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
Hero! Thank you. ThijsN 12:30, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Wikiproject Artix Entertainment Template 2

I would like to request a template with the Letters AQ in a Gold Color, and on the side have it say This user is a member of Wikiproject:Artix Entertainment. Thank You (Again). SupaSoldier 01:35, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

I've created it at Wikipedia:Wikiproject Artix Entertainment/userbox. If you'd like a less ugly color scheme, tell me what colors you want and I can change it tomorrow. -Amark moo! 05:50, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

It's pretty good, Thank You, but I was wondering if you could make it a black background. Also is there any way you could make the Font look like the font they used for this image---> Image:Aq-wallpaper-girlsofAQ.jpg ? Thank You for your time! :^) §SupaSoldier 16:34, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

And also, How do I put that on the Wikiproject page, and on my Userbox Stack? §SupaSoldier 16:37, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

Just add {{Wikipedia:Wikiproject Artix Entertainment/userbox}} to wherever you want to include it. —Dgiest c 16:43, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Phonology template

(This is my first time using this page, so I apologize if I'm doing something wrong) I am requesting a navigational template for all the articles dealing with the phonology of different languages (i.e. English phonology, Arabic phonology). I'm having a difficult time finding the best template to base it on, though it would be somewhat similar to Template:Regions of the world. Considering the vast number of languages and the vast number of them which don't have phonology articles, it might be best to either create different templates for individual langauge families, or to include only the languages which already have phonology articles. The former would probably be the best choice. --Wikiwøw 15:12, 27 January 2007 (UTC)

I'm starting this right now. You can see it at {{Language phonologies}}. I'm going to add all of the pure phonology articles in Category:Language phonologies. Mike Dillon 15:36, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
Done. Feel free to edit it. Mike Dillon 15:41, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
Thank you, and I'll try to add as many languages as I can find. So I suppose this one is about ready to be distributed. In that case, I'll get to work placing it on the appropriate articles. --Wikiwøw 15:48, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
While you're at it, you should add them to Category:Language phonologies. We could make the navbox add the category, but I'm generally against that sort of magic in templates. Mike Dillon 15:51, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
