Ok, so I'm pretty sure Webber's Requiem and "Pie Jesu" was more of a hit than you make it seem in the article. The work is obviously not that weak if it won the 1986 Grammy Award for Best Classical Contemporary Composition. Also, I think "Pie Jesu" was more than a "minor hit," especially if it is still being performed and recorded by people today, and it is still a popular classical song in the music world. It's more than minor and it's far from weak. I'm a music major, so I know a little about music. Just something to consider. :)
