So lets start the discussion. By the way, this is a contradictory statement: "Many Kurds had expected independence on the dissolution of the Ottoman Empire, and believed that the new Turkish republic had betrayed them — the Republic of Ararat was a culmination of this anger." I've removed the etymology of the word "Ararat" becuase it's already mentioned in the relevant article, Mount Ararat. Khoikhoi 06:10, 29 April 2007 (UTC)

Which 'word Kurd' did I remove? That part about Mt Ararat is from Mount Ararat. DenizTC 06:08, 29 April 2007 (UTC)
