Coordinates: 16°01′N 80°51′E / 16.02, 80.85 Repalle is a town, mandal and a municipality in Guntur district in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located 28 miles south of Guntur.

Repalle is located at 16.02° N 80.85° E.^[1] It has an average elevation of 7 metres (22 feet).

Starting point of Repalle is Ankamma Chettu, a tree that is in the old town area closer to the old fort.

As of 2001 India census^[2], Repalle had a population of 41,319. Males constitute 50% of the population and females 50%. Repalle has an average literacy rate of 69%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 72%, and female literacy is 67%. In Repalle, 10% of the population is under 6 years of age.

Repalle is the terminus for the Tenali-Repalle line of Guntur division. It has regular passenger train services to Tenali, Guntur and Hyderabad. It has bus depot. Bus services are available even for small villages also. After Penumudi barrage, Repalle is connected to Krishna district also thru bus services. One more thing about Repalle is that the railway station and bus stand both lie next to each other.

Bank of river krishna located at penumudi village, temple of lord shiva located at Moorthota village are famous places around Repalle. A new Bridge was constructed which connects krishna District to Repalle. It is a beautiful bridge longer than Vijayawada Kanakadurgamma barrage.
