Nottingham Laser Clinic is one of the UK’s most ground-breaking cosmetic surgery clinics within the private medical sector. The clinic has consistently been among the first to offer new cosmetic and weight loss surgery techniques. They offer a wide variety of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.

Established in 2004, Nottingham Laser Clinic quickly rose to prominence in its field due to its unique doctor led and supervised nature, and its effective treatments and early adoption of new technologies in order to achieve the best results. Nottingham Laser Clinic performs treatments across a broad spectrum, with special expertise in new forms of weight loss surgery, especially Advanced Laser Lipolysis. In March 2008 the clinic was appointed by Osyris as the primary reference centre for the UK and Ireland for Advanced Laser Lipolysis.
The clinic was among the first in the UK to offer the new treatments Smart Lipo (a laser lipolysis treatment for small areas of stubborn fat) and Macrolane (new breast shaping and augmenting injections).
The three separate procedures Pure Laser Lipolysis, Laser Lipolysis with Aspiration, and Laser Assisted Liposuction were all defined, for the first time and including the endpoints, at the clinic.

Nottingham Laser Clinic’s leading expert, Dr Dinesh Maini, is regularly called upon by the media to discuss cosmetic treatments and give his medical opinion on everything from the possible anti-depressant effects of Botox to the increasing numbers of young people opting for cosmetic treatments.
In March 2008, Nottingham Laser Clinic trained the first doctor in South Africa to perform Advanced Laser Lipo.

Dr Dinesh Maini qualified in medicine at the University of Leicester in 1991. He worked in a number of specialist fields – including kidney medicine – before training to become a General Practitioner in Nottingham. In 1997 Dr Maini took over his current practice, and in 2004 opened Nottingham Laser Clinic at the same premises. He now offers private cosmetic treatments while maintaining his NHS general practice.
Dr Maini is a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors (BACD), the British Medical Laser Association (BMLA), the General Medical Council (GMC), and is supported by a team of registered nurses. He was instrumental in developing Advanced Lipo (or Advanced Laser Lipolysis).
According to Dr Maini, “At Nottingham Laser Clinic we concentrate on medical therapies, cosmetic surgery treatments and skin care treatments that have proven benefit with no dubious outcomes.”
