From the state department, referenced at the bottom of the article's page, "Mr. Harnish speaks German, Italian, Swedish and some Azerbaijani" Notice it does not say Arabic. It says Azerbaijani. On the article's page it says Arabic. I am changing Arabic to Azerbaijani.
